System comes shipped with pre-configured RMS Database and set for plug-and-play for your store after one-on-one configuration meeting with a Factor One Professional.

Training is done via remote one-on-one training with a Factor One professional trainer which covers RMS Store Operations and RMS Manager. A high speed internet connection is required for training and support.

2 hours of pre-paid support time will be credited to your account. Support is billed at $100 per hour in 15 minute increments with a half hour minimum per call.
