Simply select Gift Receipt, choose the items and the receipt prints off. Our module even lets you add marketing or policies or even one time comments to the gift receipt. Make sure that every customer gets a proper gift reciept when they want!
When ordering the gift receipt module you will receive a copy of the software module and install instructions via the e-mail provided in your order. If you wish to have a Factor One technician install it for you we can do that to. For each till you require this on, simply add the 15 minute time block to your order for each lane that you require.

| Gift receipt module review, 12th Aug 2011 | Reviewer: Ron Sclar | This product works perfectly. I own toy stores and a large portion of our sales are gifts. Prior to getting this software we use to have to print out all the items on the gift receipt and use a marker to black out items that did not apply. It just was not professional and made us look bad. Customers usually gave us strange looks as we did so while some customers went as far as asking us to ring up the different gift items seperately. This software, on the other hand, is great. It enables you to choose just the items that are gifts and it also gives you the option to include them on one receipt or multiple receipts. For instance if somebody buys 10 items and five are gifts, I just check the five items that are gifts and I can print them on one receipt if it is all for just one person, or the software will print all 5 items seperately on 5 receipts right then and there if the gifts are for multiple parties. You can go back to any receipt you want and print a gift receipt for any item(s) you want at any time. Also it allows you to not clog up your journal with a bunch of gift receipts. Bottom line is they install the software for you, it is very easy to use, and it functions perfectly. |
